In response to COVID-19, Canada Post may be experiencing shipping delays in your area that we cannot control. Drivers may ask for verbal confirmation of receipt from a safe distance to satisfy the signature requirement, or may leave lower-cost shipments at your door with no signature required. Delivery times are only an estimate and vary by address, item availability and time of purchase. You’ll get a final delivery time after you place your order based on Canada Post.
Shipping is free for packages over $150. All other shipments carry a flat $19 fee.
All items are shipped via Canada Post XpressPost with a tracking number.

HOW LONG DOES CANADA POST TAKE?
Once the item leaves our warehouse, Canada Post XpressPost delivery service generally takes 1-3 business days to most major city centers within Canada, and 3-5 days to most rural locations in Canada. The tracking number may not register until the next business day of your order.
Note: We will send the tracking number to the customer (text or email) shortly after the order has been processed. If the order has been processed on the weekend, after business hours or over a holiday the tracking information will not show up in the Canada Post system until the following business day between 3-6pm PST.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order. There are only two options: Free Shipping (orders over $150) or a flat $19 charge. An order over $150 is determined after discounts and coupon codes are applied. This does not include applicable taxes.You will receive a tracking number by text or email for each shipment.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
StashDasher provides the following updates via email or text:
- Order Acknowledgement
Order Acknowledgement shows that we have received your order and have sent you e-transfer instructions. This will also display the delivery address, order number and an approximate shipping date.
Processing confirms e-Transfer has been accepted and we are preparing your order.
Shipped indicates when Canada Post provides a tracking number and delivery date. You can track your package using Canada Post’s tracking number. Canada Post also provides options for receiving notifications on your package.
Delivered shows that your package was delivered by Canada Post.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates
The ‘Ships’ timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. The items on your order will ship as they become available.
The ‘Delivers’ timeframe is an estimate of when the item will be delivered to your shipping address after it ships. The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout.
All estimates are based on business days.
Note that orders placed on the weekend, holidays or after business hours will have a slight delay that we cannot control. This is based on Canada Post’s policies.
